What we offer

We offer 3, 6 & 12 month online cookery courses for the Bronze, Silver & Gold Awards. Recipes you will love that are sure to become family favourites. HOW DOES IT WORK? 

Our cookery courses are available online. You work from home at a time convenient to you, following a comprehensive recipe worksheet and a supporting video plus a designated tutor to help you with any questions along the way. After completing each recipe, you simply send your tutor a few photos and a small report (usually via WhatsApp or email) before moving onto the next dish. On completion of the course your tutor will complete the required online assessors report.

WHICH COURSE SHOULD I BOOK? 

We have 4 courses all of which are 3 months long and a mix of savoury and sweet recipes and designed to give you a range of cookery skills. Combine courses for a 6- and 12-month options and pick the course/s that appeal most.  Course 1 is geared towards participants who have had little or no cooking experience.  If you plan to work through the courses for more than one award it’s a good idea to start with Course 1.

CAN YOU CATER FOR SPECIAL DIETS? 

All our recipes are available for vegetarians and pescatarians, please just let us know your requirements when booking. We can also offer alternate recipes for participants with allergies, intolerances and other special dietary requirements. We are also happy to offer an alternative recipe for any big dislikes!

WHEN CAN I START?

Your online course can start anytime you would like.  As soon as you have signed up we will send you a welcome email and give you access to the student portal where you will find the recipe worksheets and supporting videos.
