We offer 3, 6 and 12 month online cookery courses for the Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. We have four courses available, all of which are 3 months long. Book a single course for a 3 month option, or combine courses for either 6 or 12 months and pick the course/s that appeal most. The course content can be found below.
All our recipes are available for vegetarians and pescatarians, please just let us know your requirements when booking. We offer alternate recipes for participants with allergies, intolerances and other special dietary requirements. We are also happy to offer an alternative recipe for any big dislikes!
