Extension course suitable for DofE Gold Award. This option is for students who wish to extend their current 12-month booking to take their Gold Skills Section to 18 months. You'll first complete Course 5 and then receive guidance on selecting your own recipes for an additional 3 months, finishing the full 18 months of cooking.
