Cookery is always a popular choice for the Skills requirement of the DofE Award, and from our experience of cooking with young people, we know the sense of achievement they get from cooking great recipes, as well as building skills that will stay with them for life. We offer the following course suitable for those taking part in the Bronze or Silver Award.
