Cookery is always a popular choice for the Skills requirement of the DofE Award, and from our experience of cooking with young people, we know the sense of achievement they get from cooking great recipes, as well as building skills that will stay with them for life. We offer the following 12 weeks courses suitable for those taking part in the Bronze or Silver Award.
 
DofE Course 1

DofE Course 2
This intermediate course is suitable for students that have already completed Course 1. If you wish to combine Course 1 and Course 2 for the 6 month option of the skills section of DofE Bronze or Silver this is also possible, please book Course 3 (which combines both courses).
